Al Majdal International Gen. Trad. Co. W.L.L. was established as a National Company for General Trading and Contracting situated in Murgab Kuwait.
It has grown from limited responsibilities local company to a wider regional organization with wider responsibilities. It is categorized as an Oil Services Company with sectors covering Commercial, Industrial, Petroleum Services, Civil works, Project Management, Mechanical, Electrical, General Transportation, Human Resources Management and Manpower Supply.
We have gained an excellent reputation in all types of business support and management of all categories of manpower which strengthened our relationship with our clients. Our manpower varies from manufacturing, manual & mechanical excavation, and all types of work related to transport and material handling. We also have other supporting services such as provision and rental of all type of equipment and vehicles.
The projed management section in our company has a wide experience executing projects through proper management of human resources and manpower supply.
We dosely follow a unique system in our human resources management as follows:
- 1- Provision of manpower either on our dired sponsorship or on the sponsorship of the dient.
- 2- Provision of accommodation and catering in accordance to Health, Safety and Environment
- 3- Liaison with the State Authorilies to complete all formalities related to residence, civil Ids,
gate passes issuance, drive is licenses etc. - 4- Provision of suitable transportation from and to the work location.
- 5- Provision of a full coverage health Insurance and Medical Treatment in reputable dinics
and hospitals. This indudes morkers compensation policy. - 6- Direct supervision of our manpower through a qualified supervisory team during the work.
- 7- Arrangement of travel and provision of proper manpower replacement.
